Attache Democracy Pick B - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (Single)

All of our Attache members selected the adjuncts for this one, and it's damn tasty. Democracy B starts with Princess Lily, our imperial oatmeal stout for the base, and was aged in a 10-Year 4 Roses Single Barrel, and again in a few small-format Far North Minnesota Rye barrels. This delectable delight conditioned on Ugandan vanilla, The Breaks Coffee Roasting Co. 86 Espresso, brewers blend of cocoa nibs, and black cherries.
This is our first stout incorporating fruit, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.
